The cellar or basement.  Apart from keeping it reasonably clean, we plan not to do much work down here.  It is dry, except from a few minor leaks from windows that we will replace.  The furnace is relatively new so just gets annual maintenance.  When a previous owner installed new oil tanks, they left the old ones behind.  We plan to have them removed, but have left them for now.  The large white pipes are the steam pipes that supply the radiators around the house.
