Restoration Links
Original fixtures from the late 19th and early 20th centuries are very hard to obtain, so we use a number of suppliers of restored and reproduction items. Here is a selection; the web sites are worth a visit just to see the beautiful pieces they have. We have also included some other interesting websites.
Van Dykes Restorers - particularly for bathroom fittings.
Restoration Hardware - great quality, but very expensive.
Rejuvination Hardware - a favorite, amazing lighting, and quite reasonable.
Signature Hardware - nice hardware and plumbing fixtures.
House of Antique Hardware - just hardware, but some great reproduction 19th century light bulbs.
Paxtons - lots of interesting bits and pieces.

The restoration & preservation of Craig & Yvonne's 1875 Eastlake Victorian home. These guys are doing a really amazing restoration; much more purist than ours.
Yonart Mirrors produce some amazing mirrors, and are open to custom design. Great prices, and really nice people to deal with. We bought their Future model.
Frankart reproduction art deco figurines etc. Nice reproductions, including this table. In fact, I bought a pair of these, in aluminum with circular glass tops, from a dealer in London, UK, back in 1988. They are really nice.
Famous Furniture. Great range of reproductions from many famous furniture designers; for example, Eileen Gray, Isamu Noguchi, Le Corbusier, Mies Van Der Rohe and many more. Good prices too, unlike some other manufacturers.
