We always go to the thrift shop attached to his church in Chatham, and have found many a bargain; and a few duds!

Atwood House Museum, Chatham

After the Chatham lighthouse was upgraded with aerobeacons and a new lantern room, the Chatham Historical Society acquired the old lantern which has been fully restored and now sits in the grounds of the Atwood House. It houses the original Fourth order Fresnel lens from 1857.
